URP alum, Bill Millar, will be delivering the keynote address at BusCon 2007, America's Biggest Bus Show, on October 2nd in Chicago. Bill is president of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and a well-known expert in the field of public transportation and policy. The title of his address will be, "What's Up in Washington? Policy and Politics on the Road Ahead," sharing his knowledge of the trends and policies being discussed in Washington and their impact on public transportation providers.
