The Telegraph Herald in Dubuque recently published a story about URP students' work assisting the City of Dubuque in sustainability efforts. Starting last fall, this group of students has been working on identifying sustainability indicators in the city. The second-year graduate students working on the project include Naana Amonoo-Neizer, Tim Christensen, Emily House, Medora Kealy, Emma Papworth, Lindsay Salvatore and Lindsay Whitson.

This project is part of the School of Urban and Regional Planning's Iowa Initiative for Sustainable Communities, which focuses on assisting towns and cities in Iowa.
