Scott Spak

Associate Professor Scott Spak was recently appointed to the Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board (SAB). This board will advise the EPA on the BenMAP model which has been utilized to estimate changes in adverse health effects resulting from changes in air pollution.

The BenMAP model is the Environmental Benefits Mapping and Analysis Program tool. The SAB will specifically review the technical aspects and performance of the tool for the EPA.
