With a population of over 75,000, Iowa City provides a good graduate student life. There is so much to do, from biking/hiking/walking in one of many public parks and trails, catching a film at Film Scene, watching a performance at the Hancher Auditorium, enjoying a meal in the pedestrian zone (known as the Ped Mall), shopping at the Farmer’s Market or the Coral Ridge Mall, or listening to live music.
