The Iowa Policy Project (IPP) has released a report illustrating some of the many benefits of Iowa’s Resource Enhancement and Protection program (REAP) over the past 25 years. The report focuses specifically on REAP's impact in Linn County, IA. Urban and Regional Planning student Katie Gandhi spent four months on the research and co-wrote the publication, “REAP: An Opportunity for Greater Stewardship,” with David Osterberg, IPP researcher and former director. A two page executive summary is also available.
