Anne Russett, URP alum, is featured in the American Planning Association’s April edition of Planning Magazine. “The Climate Fight Goes Local,” includes Anne’s interest in and contribution to the City of Iowa City’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. Her previous experience with CAP’s included work with the Corvallis Area MPO during her time with the Oregon Department of Transportation. The article discusses how cities have become the most likely player in government when addressing climate change and that plans can expand to both regional and state levels.
