Mike Norris, class of 2003, is Executive Director of the Southeast Iowa Regional Planning Commission. He has contributed to solving housing issues for over 25 years, including working with Southeast Iowa Housing, Inc. and the Southeast Iowa Regional Housing Authority. He is also president of Homes for Iowa, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing Iowa's housing shortage while also training incarcerated people in skilled trades and reducing recidivism. Homes for Iowa received $10 million in 2021 to grow Iowa's housing supply across the state. Mike also supports SPPA as president of our Planning Advisory Board.
