Rex Honey, a Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Iowa will be speaking this Wednesday (2-7-06 at 3:30 in 74 Schaeffer Hall) to the Urban and Regional Planning Program's International Seminar about his participation in a regional boundary dispute in New Zealand.
