During October 2005, a team of GPURP students, faculty and staff helped build a Habitat for Humanity house on St. Anns Drive in Iowa City. The team consisted of Jim Throgmorton, Peter Fisher, Rick Funderberg, Jerry Anthony, Suzanne Cowdery, Pam Butler, Andrew Greenlee, Michaela Jennings, and Matt Bloomstrom. Working with other community volunteers over three days, the team helped with the framing, drywall and roof construction of this 1200 square foot single family home.
