Fifteen Urban and Regional Planning students received their Masters degrees on Saturday, May 12th in Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Two of our faculty, Alan Peters and Rick Funderburg, were honored to assist with commencement this year. Prior to the graduation ceremony, the department hosted a luncheon reception for students, their families and friends. Professors met parents, parents met their student’s friends, and everyone had the chance to take photos. This group of students will be dispersing to jobs across the country including Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi, Wisconsin and California.
