Congratulations to Kara Homan, this year’s AICP Outstanding Student Award recipient. Each year the Urban and Regional Planning faculty select one graduating student to receive the AICP Outstanding Student award. Those selected must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, evidence of superior intellectual ability and acquired skills, and a strong commitment to the field of planning. Kara Homan scores very highly on all four criteria.
