Another heavy snowfall has slammed into Iowa City and the University of Iowa, the third in just a few days. But Irving Weber, whose statue stands at the corner of Iowa Avenue and Linn Street, seemed not to mind. One can almost hear him thinking, "You think this is rough? You should have seen the Blizzard of '41 (or some such year)." In any event, things have pretty much come to a standstill here, at least for a day. But tomorrow, as Scarlett O'Hara once famously said, is another day.
