About 20 Urban and Regional Planning students were able to attend the APA Upper Midwest Planning Conference recently held in Mankato, Minnesota. Thanks to generous contributions from alumni, the students received assistance with their travel costs. The generosity of our alums allows our students to go and hear what is happening in the planning field, meet other professional planners, possibly network for future job or internship opportunities, and see another city to which they may not have otherwise traveled.
