Even before starting her degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Iowa, second-year student MaryGrace Weber became involved in helping international communities keep their tourism dollars in order to fight poverty. Weber and University of Iowa Swahili instructor Blandina Giblin founded the non-profit Travel for Change and their first project is in Tanzania.
