Jennifer Jordan, Iowa City's recycling coordinator, is featured in an Iowa City Press-Citizen newspaper article on November 13th. She is involved in planning an extension of the East Side Recycling Center to include a multiuse waste reduction site and an environmental education center. Plans for the new building include a green roof and pursuing LEED certification.
